No. Your ID images are transmitted directly to our verification partner, PeabodySecure, for processing. OlderNow does not retain copies of your ID documents. We only store your verification result (passed, pending review, or failed) and the date it completed.

Most verifications complete in under five minutes. Occasionally, if a sanctions screening returns a potential match, your account will be placed in pending review — a human reviewer will check it and you'll receive an email within 24 hours.

You can try again. Common reasons for a failed verification include poor lighting during the selfie, an unclear photo of the ID, or the camera not capturing the liveness action clearly. Make sure you're in a well-lit space and that your ID is flat and fully visible. If you continue having trouble, contact us at support@oldernow.com.

Only verified OlderNow members can view your profile. Your profile is not visible to the general public, search engines, or anyone who hasn't created and verified an account.

Yes. Blocking is available on every member profile. A blocked member cannot view your profile or send you messages. Blocks are immediate and permanent unless you choose to remove them.

Use the report button on any profile or message thread, or email our safety team directly at safety@oldernow.com. We review every report, typically within a few hours.

No. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.

Go to My Profile from the navigation menu. You can update your bio, photos, age range, and location at any time. Changes are saved instantly.

Yes. Email support@oldernow.com with your request and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 5 business days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
